To strategically concentrate our efforts on key areas and enhance our sustainability performance, Amo Storage Inc. has begun developing a comprehensive sustainability plan. To firmly integrate the six primary strategic concerns into our international operations, we employ various tools and tactics. The relevant guidelines are embedded in our HSSE Policy, clearly outlining accountability for social and environmental issues at the highest level. We base our internal policies and standards on widely recognized principles of responsible entrepreneurship, which align with our Code of Conduct applicable to all employees.
Other tools include the statistical tracking of key performance metrics, the implementation of certified management systems, and the execution of internal audits (Key Performance Indicators – KPIs).
Preserving and upholding our esteemed reputation is of utmost importance to us. To maintain it and ensure proper, lawful conduct, we have implemented a range of policies and procedures. Key components include our internal whistleblowing system, the Concerns and Reports Platform (CARE Platform), and our Code of Conduct. The responsibilities of the Group Function Compliance involve identifying compliance concerns, devising suitable compliance strategies, and executing them through tangible actions such as training. The primary areas of focus include matters concerning competition law, sanctions, and efforts against bribery and corruption.
